RULES, REGULATIONS, AND MANAGEMENT POLICY

01. The guest will use the premises for residential purposes only; will not conduct any business  in or from their premises; will obey all laws, ordinances, and health regulations; and will do nothing that may injure the reputation or condition of the building or its brand /owner. Any kind of unauthorized act by guests is prohibited at all times.

02. Guests will not do anything or keep anything on or about the premises that in any way will increase the risk of fire or that may conflict with fire or insurance regulations.

03. Guests shall respect the rights of all other occupants of the hotel to peace and quiet and will not disturb any of them unreasonably by shouting or other loud use of his or her voice, with noise, music, radios and televisions, odor, or in any other way.

04. Guests are responsible for the behavior of any and all of their guests and authorized visitors; such persons may not break the house rules and regulations. Occupants are responsible for paying for any damages or clean-up resulting from the conduct of their guests, visitors, and invitees.

05. Guests will not obstruct entrances, public areas, hallways or other corridors, stairs, exits, elevators, lobbies, driveways, parking areas, walks, or fire escapes Clothes, towels, pictures, or any other item shall be hung in the rooms or on the balcony are not allowed.

06. Pets and animals are not allowed at any time or under any circumstances.

07. Vehicle washing is strictly not allowed.

08. Guests will not install any aerial or antenna, and they will not erect or use any radio transmitters on the premises without both appropriate filters and prior written permission from local authorities or management.

09. Smoking is not permitted outside of designated areas.

10. Possession, sale, or use of any illegal drug or drug paraphernalia on the premises or in the building is prohibited.

11. Possessing, using, or storing lethal weapons anywhere in the building is prohibited. “Lethal weapon” is defined as any deadly weapon that, from the manner used, is calculated or likely to produce death or serious bodily This includes, but is not limited to: all firearms, hunting knives, switchblades, bows and arrows, machetes, or other knives.

12. Guests are strictly liable to reimburse the hotel for the repair of any damage caused by a violation of any of these rules by guests or by their guests.

13. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Failure to adhere will result in a penalty.

14. The apartment can be used only by registered guests, entertain visitors prior to approval from the management required, or meet them in the lobby.

15. Please use the safe locker provided at the apartment. Management will not bear any responsibility for the damages or losses to personal belongings.

16. Any damage caused to the furniture and appliances by the occupants during your stay will be charged the guests.

17. Refrain from disturbing other occupants by making a loud noise.

18. Bed linen will be changed every 3 days, cleaning and garbage collection will be done daily.

19. Prebooked meal plans are not refundable.

20. Check in after 2.00 p.m. or check out before 11.00 a.m.

Restaurant

The main restaurant is located in 1st floor, and meal timings are as follows:

  • Breakfast: 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
  • Lunch: 12.30 pm to 3.00 pm
  • Dinner: 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm

A la Cart

Serve from 10 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.

Room Service Menu

We are able to offer a range of dishes in your room from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m.; please see the room service menu in the information folder.

In-Room Dining

In addition, we are happy to serve your breakfast in your room for a tray service at a charge of Rs.500. If you would like to have breakfast served in your room, please place your order.

Laundry

Limited in apartment laundry facilities are available; however, Marine Suite can arrange to launder your personnel clothes on request. Please contact the front desk.

TV Channels

PEO TV provides a range of channels; please press the receiver remote control “Menu” button for the channel list on screen and run up or down to view the desired channel. If you wish to view any additional pay channels, please contact hotel staff.

Damages, Breakages, and Antisocial Behavior

Respect, Courtesy, and Dignity are the standards by which patrons will be dealt with while at our hotel. Unfortunately, there are a few who do not treat our staff or property in a similar manner, and for those, we need these regulations. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages that you and/or those that accompany you, whether they are staying in the hotel or not, cause to the hotel, accommodation, and its contents, including the car park and associated parts. We ask that you report any incidents as they occur. While we do not normally charge for minor accidental breakages, we will charge the full cost of all other breakages, missing items, and the replacement and/or making good of any damage due to unacceptable behaviors.

Excessive noise, unruly and threatening behavior, and the like, which cause inconvenience and discomfort to our other guests and/or staff, are not acceptable. Such behavior will result in the offending person(s) being asked to vacate their room and leave the hotel premises with no refund.
